JapanStay provides original digital planning materials. The Japan Work Visa & Move Planner is a self-serve digital download for individual personal planning.

Personal-use licence

One purchase grants one individual a limited, non-transferable licence to use the product for their own planning. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or present the materials as professional advice.

Planning support only

JapanStay does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, employment, housing, school, or professional advice, and does not guarantee visa, status, employment, housing, or other outcomes. Verify current requirements with official sources and qualified professionals where needed.

Digital delivery and support

Paid products are delivered through the checkout provider after purchase. For download access or duplicate-purchase support, contact contact@jmnet.tokyo. Do not send passport scans, residence-card scans, bank statements, private addresses, or other sensitive documents by email.

Refunds

Because this is a digital download, refunds are available when the file cannot be accessed after reasonable support attempts, a duplicate purchase was made by mistake, or applicable law gives the buyer refund rights.
